  • After you submit your booking inquiry form, we’ll get in touch within 24 hours (or 24–48 hours on weekends) to go over all your party details. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send our rental contract and request a $150 deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your total booking cost.

    We will hold your date for 24 hours from the time we issue the rental contract and deposit request.

  • Submitting a booking inquiry does not secure your date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once the deposit is received and the rental contract is signed.

    • Delivery is complimentary within Elk Grove. Delivery and pick fees apply to surrounding areas.

    • Refundable Incidental Hold $200

    • Stairs/Hard Access Fee — $50+
      (For set ups that require stairs, elevator, up a hill, etc)

    • Additional Hours — $65 per additional hour

  • To confirm all bookings, our rental contract must be signed. Please read the documents carefully before signing to understand our full policy.

  • Our soft play is geared towards children 0 to 7 years old unless stated otherwise. All children must be accompanied by an adult when in the soft play area.

  • Absolutely! Depending on the size of your layout, it will take about 1 to 2 hours for setup and breakdown (seperately). We will coordinate our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day!

  • We are based in Elk Grove, California but service all of Sacramento County and surrounding areas. Outside of Sacramento County? We are happy to work with you and your location. Travel fees apply depending on distance/location.

  • Yes! We offer custom personalizations to match your little one’s party theme perfectly!

  • Yes! We’d love to help you with the brainstorming process of your party and can work with any theme/color combination. We’re here to bring your party vision to life.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule, you may use the credit within 6 months based on availability.

  • To ensure the safety of your little ones, we do not set up outdoors if there’s a big probability that it is raining. Keep in mind once we set up our play areas we do not relocate or move the setup elsewhere. We recommend having a back up location that is indoors as weather can be unpredictable sometimes.

  • Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle

  • The invoice must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
